We are skilled at formulating and determining contract and procurement strategies. Every project has a unique set of characteristics, which may include client-specific requirements, time, market conditions and location.
Development Appraisals, Feasibility Estimates and Cost-planning
Our cost plans are regarded by our clients as some of the most comprehensive in the profession. Paying particular emphasis to early cost advice and in the development of cost plans at each key stage of the project determines the most profitable and cost-effective use of the land or buildings to achieve optimum solutions.
Party Wall Surveys
Having specialist knowledge of the Party Wall Act, we can provide preliminary advice or act as Party Wall Surveyor for developers or adjoining owners and have experience of both commercial and residential sites, large and small.
Project Monitoring
Our client experience here includes banks, other lenders, charities and local and central government. We have performed the role of Building Monitor on speculative housing developments and commercial and industrial projects. We have also worked extensively in the education sector, working on 31 National City Academies on projects, each ranging in value from £4 - £45 million.
