The project comprises the completion of a medium-sized (24 properties) new build residential development for a private client.
The work was carried out in three phases completed in 2013.
Our role as Employer’s Agent was to administer the contract, attend site and deal with all construction and valuation issues with the contractor and advise the client on associated issues and cost reporting, working with other professionals such as NHBC, Surveyors, Estate Agents and solicitors.
